The MasterCase Pro 3 can support mini-ITX and micro-ATX motherboards as well as up to eight storage drives within a mini-tower form factor. To handle large-sized components and liquid-cooling systems the FreeForm system comes with adjustable layout parts that include drive cages SSD pockets and cooling brackets along with a sliding clip-and-click panel and partition panel. For storage drive options Cooler Master lets you install up to five 3.5 drives inside the two drive cages which can be removed to accommodate graphics cards up to 14.6 long. Slip-and-clip SSD pockets support up to two 2.5 drives and space behind the motherboard tray lets you attach a third 2.5 drive. The MasterCase Pro 3 provides five expansion slots so you can install up to two double-slotted graphics cards. To support heavy graphics cards Cooler Master includes a universal VGA holder. Cooling the internal components is accomplished by two 140mm fans that spin at a rate of 1200 rpm. For more cooling performance the case can house liquid-cooling solutions or up to three additional user supplied fans. Moreover two USB 3.0 ports as well as headphone and microphone jacks are located on top of the case so you can easily connect your gear to the MasterCase Pro 3.
